Jule O’Donovan, RDN

I have been entrusted with listening to the health concerns of others for over 10 years and have been offering nutrition counseling since 2016.

My health and wellness journey stemmed from a deep love of plants and vegetable gardening. This spark of curiosity about nutrition and botanical medicine let me to a 12-month program in herbal medicine and holistic nutrition. It served as a great introduction to the world of nutrition, but certainly did not make me an expert in the field. I continued my studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, and completed my year-long supervised practice at Massachusetts General Hospital. I have continued to strengthen my nutrition skills working in a variety of settings including hospitals, kitchens, an apothecary, and the garden.

When I am not providing nutrition counseling, I dabble in a little bit of almost everything. I love playing and listening to live music, doing stereotypical Colorado outdoorsy-stuff, gardening, crafting, trying to bake at high altitude, seeking out hot springs and other natural bodies of water to soak and swim in, and spending quality time with my family. My most recent hobby is learning how to roller skate.
